I did go to the meeting today (my appointment was only a half hour this time) and I did weigh in. I'm not going to say I didn't do everything I could without doing anything crazy or unhealthy to swing things in my favor a bit (lots of fiber Wednesday and yesterday, no more water than was strictly necessary, and I wore a tank top instead of my usual t-shirt. woo. I briefly considered skipping underwear and then I decided that was just ridiculous.) but I wound up exactly the same weight as last week, so SCORE! I need to make peace with the fact that there will sometimes be gains, but... not this week. I took my string cheese and clementine to the meeting and ate them the moment I sat down, like half of the rest of the attendees do every week. lol
I have also been sticking to my goal for today and eating what I have planned out, though I did have the breakfast smoothie after the meeting, for obvious reasons. Feeling pretty good about myself right now.
